30-Day Free Returns
We want you to love your Mortick purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept free returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with no damage
- With original packaging if possible
Cancellation Policy
- ✅ Unfulfilled orders — You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us at info@mortick.uk as soon as possible.
- 🚫 Fulfilled/Shipped orders — Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the item once received, provided it meets our return conditions above for a full refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method.
Our Responsibility — Full Refund Guaranteed
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will issue a 100% refund or replacement at no cost to you:
- 📦 Wrong item sent — You received a different product than ordered
- 💔 Damaged item — The product arrived broken or defective
- 🔍 Lost package — Your order was lost in transit

How to Initiate a Return

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Ship the item back to the address we provide
- Receive your refund within 1–3 business days of us receiving the return
