2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).
  • We currently accept payment via PayPal only. You may pay with your PayPal account or as a guest using a credit/debit card through PayPal's secure checkout.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Canada.
  • Orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time is 6–14 business days after dispatch.
  • We ship via DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
  • All customs duties, import taxes, and fees are fully covered by Mortick. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept free returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • Unfulfilled orders may be cancelled at any time by contacting us at info@mortick.uk.
  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned upon receipt if they meet return conditions.
  • Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • We issue a full refund for orders that arrive wrong, damaged, or lost in transit — no questions asked.
