We offer a flat shipping rate of £6.00 on all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over £35.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with the world's leading logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time: DHL, FedEx, UPS. Your order will be assigned to the most suitable carrier based on your location.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, and fees are fully paid by Mortick. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you can track your package in real time via our Track My Order page using your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to activate.
